The Wonders of Israelite Samaritan Cuisine

4000 Years of the Israelite-Samaritan Kitchen.
By Batia Tsedaka and Zippora Sassoni-Tsedaka.
Edited by Benyamim Tsedaka.
(Hebrew, also with a Preface in English). See Cuisine for further details.

From the Preface

So, the aromas of Israel and Samaria rise from the pages of this book. Of course, some dishes resemble those from Arab or Palestinian kitchens. This is hardly surprising, since they share common origins. The recipes include not only Israelite Samaritan dishes, but also Israelite dishes. In addition, we find recipes adapted from other cultures” Read More
